My card has been swallowed by a Revolut ATM

Can swallowed cards be retrieved?

Unfortunately, Revolut can't return any swallowed cards.

Revolut customers

If your card is swallowed by an ATM terminal, freeze your card in-app to prevent any unauthorised transactions. To freeze your card:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner
  • Choose your card and tap 'Freeze'

Then, re-order a new card for free within the Revolut app.

Non-Revolut customers

Please contact your bank to freeze and then re-order a new card.
