Revolut ATM didn't dispense my cash

If withdrawal transaction is still 'Pending' in-app

In most cases, Revolut will recognise that the transaction has failed and automatically refund the correct amount.

It can take up to 15 days for a pending transaction to be reverted and refunded automatically. If you have any questions, use the in-app chat to reach out to our customer support team.

If ATM transaction is completed

Revolut customers can submit a chargeback dispute within the Revolut app. To do so:

  • Go to 'Transactions' and select the relevant transaction
  • Tap 'Get help'
  • Select the relevant topic
  • Raise the request with the details provided

The request should be reviewed and updated within 2 weeks. If we need any more information, our Chargeback team will reach out to you.

Non-Revolut customers

Please contact your bank to raise a dispute with the transaction.

You'll need to let your bank know:

  • The amount you requested to withdraw
  • Details of the ATM machine you used to attempt your withdrawal
  • The date and time you requested your withdrawal
