Tapping the 'X' icon in the top-left corner of an ongoing loan application will save your progress. You can resume the application at a later time by tapping ‘Resume application’, or cancel it by tapping ‘Cancel application’. If you want to cancel an ongoing application from the home screen:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your credit card application
• On the ‘Application in progress’ window, tap ‘Cancel application’

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome. At this stage, you'll also be able to cancel the application if you wish.

• Go to the 'Home' screen
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your credit card
• Tap 'Info'
• Tap 'Cancel credit card' below

You need to fully pay your instalment plans and have no pending transactions on the credit card before cancelling. Deleting the credit card from the app doesn't cancel the agreement.

If you cancel your credit card, you're still responsible for repaying the outstanding balance and any accrued interest. Interest may continue to accrue until you pay the balance.
