Credit card balance
Check your current balance
In your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Select your credit card and view your current balance
- Tap 'Repay' to see how much is owed for the minimum amount and your most recent monthly statement
Your current balance includes all transactions, fees, and interest up to that point in time. Your balance won't reflect any pending transactions and may not be the same as your statement balance.
Interest on your balance
Interest will only accrue on your credit cards if you choose a payment option other than the default end-of-month full payment. If you opt in for a minimum payment (revolving) or a fixed monthly amount, interest will be accrued each month.
Your purchase transactions are covered by a grace period which can last until the last day of the next calendar month (up to 62 days), as long as you repay your balance fully by the due date.
If you have any unpaid balance from a prior statement, it will also begin to accrue interest after the respective due date has passed. To learn more about interest and fees, visit this FAQ.
What are the payment methods?
- Full amount at the end of the month: by default your statement balance will be repaid at the end of the month to avoid generating interest
- Minimum monthly repayment (revolving): if you choose the minimum repayment, the minimum amount will be collected each month and any remaining balance will be carried over and accrue interest. The lower the amount that you repay, the higher the interest will be
- Customised monthly repayment: choose the amount you want to repay, as long as it’s higher than the minimum monthly repayment, and manage your balance at your pace
How much do I owe?
You're expected to pay your statement balance in full each month. To understand more about your credit card statement, read this FAQ.
