I didn’t receive the correct amount of cash from the ATM

If ATM withdrawal is pending in-app

A pending transaction may be reverted and refunded automatically in 15 days. To check the reversal date from your transaction history:

  1. Go to Transactions
  2. Select the relevant transaction
  3. See the estimated reversal date

If ATM transaction is completed

In this case, you can submit a chargeback dispute with details of the ATM, its bank, and the transaction:

  1. Go to Transactions and select the relevant transaction
  2. Click 'Get help'
  3. Select the relevant topic
  4. Raise the request with the details provided

The request should be updated within 2 weeks. If we need any more information, our chargeback team will reach out to you.
