Delayed (offline) card payments

If you see a delayed transaction:

  • Check your transactions — if you've made a previous payment to the same merchant, the previous transaction may have been reverted and the merchant may have charged you again with a delay.
  • Merchants can charge you twice (often immediately) with a duplicated offline payment for a single transaction. This is a rare problem coming from the merchant's side, and usually they'll revert the second payment within a few days.

To report unrecognised or incorrect charges:

  1. Select the payment from your recent transactions
  2. Click 'Get help'
  3. Fill in our online chargeback form
