How do I set up my register?

You can create and manage product grid layouts either through the POS web portal or directly within the Revolut POS app. Product grid layouts control how products and categories appear when taking orders.

Create or edit layouts in the POS web portal

  • Go to 'Product' and select 'Layout'
  • Click 'New layout' to create a new layout or select an existing layout to edit
  • Add tabs and drag and drop products or categories as you prefer
  • Save your changes. These layouts will be available for selection in the iPad or iPhone app

When you create or update layouts, they sync automatically between the web portal and the app. If you want to manually refresh, go to 'More' and tap 'Sync' with web portal.

Select, create, or edit layouts in the POS app

  • Open the Revolut POS app and log in
  • Go to 'More', select 'Store', and choose 'Product Grid Layout'
  • Choose a layout created on the web portal or tap '+New' to create a new one directly in the app
  • You can organise your products and categories as needed before saving the layout

Customise the starting view of the app

You can choose what screen you see when you open the app:

  • Go to 'More', select 'Store', and choose 'Starting page'
  • Select whether you want to see a specific product grid layout, the keypad, or the table plan when the app launches (opens)
