Pro account under review or payments not working

If your Pro account review is in progress or pending, or if you can’t accept payments, this typically means we need additional information about your business or identity. Make sure to check for any emails, push notifications, or in-app banners to verify your details.

Why can’t I accept payments?

As a financial services provider, we’re subject to strict rules and regulations to stay compliant and prevent fraudulent activity.

We might put restrictions on your Pro account for different reasons, including unusual activity, incomplete account setup, exceeding processing thresholds, or payment blocks from the card issuers.

How to remove restrictions

If your Pro account is restricted, it might be because we need additional proof of business activity, such as:

  • A URL linked to your business activity — this could be your business website, social media profile, or geolink (e.g. Google Maps)
  • Proof of registration
  • License or professional qualification
  • Certified financials
  • Client contracts or invoices
  • T&Cs
