When you enrol, we'll ask for the email address your university has given you.

We'll check the domain against our list of recognized universities and send a verification code to that address for you to enter in the app. Once verified, your student benefits are switched on — as long as you meet the other eligibility criteria.

We'll review your domain manually — if it checks out, we'll send a verification email to your university address. If we have rejected your university email ID, and if you still think your domain should be recognized contact us via in-app chat.

Your benefits won't be activated until the review passes. Double-check you've entered your university address correctly. Your verification lasts 12 months, so you will have to re-verify after that. Student Benefits Promotion terms apply.
