Need a hand?

Basic accounts can be opened for customers that don't hold an account with another credit institution in Spain. You may also be eligible if you currently hold an account with a bank in Spain, but have received a notice that it will be closed.

Upgrades to other account plans

If you subsequently move to any of the non-Basic account plans (if you upgrade to any of our paid plans), you'll no longer have access to your Basic account or any of its specific features. Also, you won't be able to convert back to the basic account later on.
