Download transaction or top-up statement
Get the transaction statement
- Go to your transactions list
- Select the desired transaction
- Tap 'Download'
The document will appear on your screen when ready. Currently, we can only generate statements for transactions, and can't group specific transactions together under one document.
Alternatively, you can request a statement of all the transactions for a specific timeframe from the Statement section in-app. Check how to request a statement of all transactions for a specific time period per currency in this FAQ.
The document contains the following information
- Account holder details (name and address)
- Account details (International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and account number)
- Details of the transaction (date, description, and amount)
You can download a statement for each transaction separately for any card payment, top-up, transfer, or currency exchange.
Statements for paid plan fees
It is not possible to download an invoice for a paid plan subscription. You can download a statement of transactions, showing the paid plan fee that was paid as a workaround.
We don't issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents; all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
