In the Revolut app and web:

• Go to 'Stays'
• Tap 'My bookings' or 'Bookings'
• Choose a booking
• Tap 'Manage booking' to cancel or change the dates

Before you change or cancel your booking, we'll show you your cancellation policy and the expected refund, if any. The 'Manage booking' option may not be available for all bookings. Availability depends on the type of booking and its specific terms.

To cancel: Tap 'Cancel booking' and review your cancellation policy before proceeding with the 'Cancel' decision. You can cancel bookings directly from both the app and the web.

To change dates: Tap 'Change dates'. Date change requests require our further review. If you try to change your dates on the web, a QR code will appear on your screen to proceed with it through the app — simply scan it with your phone to open the app and submit your request there.

The easiest way to change your room selection is to cancel the booking and book a new room. If you're unable to do this, we recommend that you contact the hotel first. Alternatively, contact us via our in-app chat.

For Vrbo bookings, you can request changes to your booking by using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you can't find the email, or need additional support, reach out to Vrbo customer service as we're unable to make any changes to your booking.
