My transfer to another Revolut customer is pending

If your transfer to another Revolut customer is pending, you can check if it's eligible for cancellation. To do this:

  • Go to Payments on the bottom menu
  • Select the person who you've sent the pending transfer to
  • On the payments screen between you and this person, select the pending transfer
  • Tap 'Cancel'

After cancelling your transfer, be sure to double-check that all beneficiary details that were used were correct, including the recipient's Revtag or phone number. Once you're sure you have the right details, send the transfer again if needed.

I can't cancel my transfer

If you can't cancel your transfer in-app, it's probably being reviewed by our automated security system. You may be prompted to answer a few questions in-app about the transfer or beneficiary. Once you've answered any questions, allow a few hours for the transfer to be processed.

If the pending transfer is being reviewed, we can't cancel it until the review is complete. If you have any further questions, contact Revolut Support.
