I just made an exchange, but I can't find my money. Where is it?

If you've recently made an exchange, but can't find your funds, it's likely that your currency account is inactive.

To re-activate the currency account, follow these steps:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Tap 'Add new'
  • Select your destination currency from the list
