Why is my stock on 'Sell Only'?

In our Terms we state the possibility of changing stocks in our offer. In some cases, we might restrict only the possibility of buying new shares of a stock due to a variety of reasons, while still allowing you to keep or sell the ones you bought in the past. We refer to these stocks as 'Sell only' stocks.

The reasons a stock will fall under this category is usually one of the following:

  • Sanctions
  • Corporate actions
  • Operational decisions
  • Stocks trading OTC/being priced extremely low
  • Stocks facing impending delisting from exchanges.
