- Go to Cards
- Choose a card
- Tap 'Freeze'
Any card payments attempted with this card will fail until you 'Unfreeze' this card.
If you're unable to unfreeze your card, please ask your account admin, or contact our support team and we should be able to reactivate your disabled card.
