Set up Expenses and Xero integration

How does it work?

Integrating Revolut Business and Xero allows you to sync data between the two platforms. This is particularly handy for completed expenses, as they can be exported automatically to Xero for hassle-free bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

Set up Xero integration

To integrate your expenses with Xero:

  • Go to 'Settings' by clicking the cog in the top-right corner
  • Select 'Integrations' on the left menu
  • Under 'Accounting', click 'Add new'
  • Select 'Xero'
  • Next to 'Expenses', click 'Connect'. This will open a new tab to connect to Xero
  • Log in to your Xero account and approve Revolut Business
  • Once connected, the Xero tab will automatically close, and you will see Xero connected on the Revolut Business app.
  • Click 'Expenses' and enable the 'Auto-sync' toggle
