What should I do if I can't log into the Revolut POS app?

To log in to Revolut POS app, you'll need to use your Revolut Business credentials (email and passcode) and confirm your login on your Revolut Business app. Read this FAQ for more information.

To lock your register without logging out when onstaff mode, tap the lock icon at the top right of the register screen. The screen will lock, and you can unlock it using your 4-digit staff passcode. Find staff passcodes in the web portal by selecting 'Team', 'Edit member', and 'Passcode'.
