Transfer was reverted to the sender

Check why your transfer was reverted

  1. Go to 'Transfers' on the main menu
  2. Select the reverted transfer and the reason will be visible

Incorrect account details

Make sure you confirm the details you're using are the right ones for an international transfer.

Unsupported transfer

We can only confirm unsupported countries, but it's possible the specific bank, merchant, or source is unsupported.

Your account may be restricted

If we require additional information from you to unrestrict your account, you'll see an information request banner on your 'Home' screen. Click on the banner to provide details.

When will the sender receive the money back?

  • Local transfers: up to 5 business days
  • International transfers: up to 20 business days
