Company status in official registries
Your company should have an active status in the official business registry where it is registered to open an account with us. If your company has been dissolved or is dormant, you are not eligible to open an account with us.
You can update your company's status on the official business registry and continue with your application by submitting proof that your company is active.
Certifying your documents
If we're unable to verify your business information through publicly available sources, we'll require a certified document to verify your business information. You can read more about certification in this FAQ.
How long will the verification take?
The business verification process can take up to 5 business days. After this timeframe, if you don't receive an email from us confirming the completion of your verification, check the in-app 'Home' screen to make sure you have no pending requests for information.
