You can only register your flight on SmartDelay up until two hours before the original departure time. If you try to register the flight less than two hours before the planned take-off time, you'll get an error.

If you have already registered your flight on SmartDelay, and it's been over an hour since your original flight departure time, but you still haven't gotten your SmartDelay pass, let us know.
