Updates on a dispute
Can I get an update on my case?
Your app will automatically be updated with the latest status of your dispute, including the expected date for an outcome and an explanation when any decision has been reached.
How to check the status of a dispute:
- From your home screen, tap 'See all' to open your transaction list
- Tap on the transaction
- View the dispute tracker
I need to provide updated information to Revolut
If you have new information regarding your dispute, you do not need to proactively provide it.
If there is information that is needed to support your case, we will reach out to you via in-app chat and the chat will be open for 15 days so that you have time to provide the requested information.
