Order a physical card
How to order a new card
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the card icon in the top right corner
- Tap 'Add new'
- Choose 'Debit', 'Pro', 'Joint', or 'Kids & Teens' at the top of the screen
- Tap 'Physical card'
- Swipe between cards to choose the card type and design
- Follow the prompts to complete your order
Each card type has a fixed card brand — Visa or Mastercard — which can't be changed. Learn more about choosing a card brand in this FAQ.
Delivery fees
- Standard and Plus customers receive standard delivery, unless they upgrade to priority tracked delivery for an additional fee
- Premium, Metal and Ultra customers enjoy free express tracked delivery

Fees when adding new cards
- Standard: customers get their first card at no cost, but there is a delivery fee
- Plus and Premium: first 2 cards are complimentary
- Metal: 2 complimentary cards (1 Metal design and 1 Premium, Plus, or Standard design)
- Ultra: 2 free cards (1 Ultra and 1 Premium, Plus, or Standard design)
However, the final cost of your card depends on the card type, customisation, and delivery. We'll always show you any applicable fees before you complete your order. To learn more about fees when ordering cards, read this FAQ.
For Plus, Premium, Metal, and Ultra subscribers, the cards allowance refreshes each 12-month billing cycle.
Lost or compromised card
If a card was lost or stolen, read this FAQ before ordering a new one and see if it covers your circumstances. If your card has been used fraudulently, freeze the card immediately in the Revolut app. To do so:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the card icon in the top right corner
- Tap your card and select 'Freeze'
Once your card is secured, you can proceed with ordering a new physical card through the app.
