Support is available 24/7 via our in-app chat. To get there, just follow these simple steps in-app:
Go to your Profile (top-left icon with your initials or picture) → select 'Help' → select a topic → choose an article → if that doesn't help with your query, select 'Chat with us'.
You'll be connected to our Chat Assistant bot. If that doesn't help with your query, type 'Live agent', and you'll be redirected to one of our support agents.
I can't log in. How can I contact you?
If you've forgotten your login details and need support, select 'Forgot your passcode?' on your app's login screen. You'll need to go through the verification flow.
If you pass the verification, you'll reach our chat support. If you're unable to pass the verification, don't worry, the third failed attempt will trigger an anonymous chat.
You can also send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org email address. For quicker responses, we recommend in-app chat instead of email.
