How do I cancel a booking?

View or cancel a booking at 'Hub' → 'Stays' → 'My Bookings' → ‘Select specific booking’. You'll see the refund amount, any cancellation fees (if applicable), and cashback reversal (if applicable) before cancellation. Refundable bookings follow the property's policy, but instant cashback is taken back. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded, but cashback is kept.

For VRBO properties, manage your booking on the website/app via the link in your confirmation email.
