I had an issue with my room

If there's an issue with your room, such as the room being dirty, the amenities not being as specified by the hotel, the staff being rude, or any other issue, you should contact the property directly and notify them about the problems faced. In addition, we'll soon be including the option for you to rate the property after your stay.
