How do I change my Stays booking?

Here’s everything you need to know about changing the details of your Stays booking: 

Changing dates

The quickest and recommended way to change the dates of your booking is to cancel your existing booking and rebook it in-app.

You can also fill out an in-app form to change the dates of your booking:

  1. Head to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
  2. Select 'Travel' then 'Bookings'
  3. Choose your booking then 'Manage your booking'
  4. Tap in 'Change dates' 

Changing guest details 

The quickest and recommended way to change the guest details of your booking is to fill out the in-app form provided below, which will start a chat with our Revolut Support team. An agent can look into manually processing the change for you. 

You can also start a new chat in-app:

  1. Heading to your Profile (top-left icon with your initials or picture)
  2. Select 'Help'
  3. Choose topics
  4. 'Chat with us'

Once the booking is confirmed, it’s not possible to change the email address associated with it.

Change guest details of a booking

Changing room type

The quickest and recommended way to change your room type is to cancel your existing booking and rebook it in-app. 

You can also change your room type by filling out the in-app form provided below, which will start a chat with our Revolut Support team. An agent can look into manually processing the change for you.  

Modify other details of a booking

Vrbo bookings

For Vrbo bookings, you can request to change your details by clicking the link in your Vrbo booking confirmation email. This link will redirect you to the Vrbo website, where you can manage your booking with their dedicated support team.
