How do I book a stay with Stays?
To book a stay in-app:
- Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
- Tap in 'Travel'
- Select 'Stays' and follow the prompts to enter your location, dates, and guests
- Apply filters based on your preferences to book your ideal stay
Before proceeding with the booking, make sure to review
- The bed options
- Cancellation policy
- The property's policies and rules
As a security measure, you’ll need to confirm your personal details before paying. Depending on your booking type, you'll either be charged instantly (Pay Now) or at the property (Pay at Property).
For Pay Now bookings and Pay at the Property
- You can earn instant cashback
- For Pay at Property bookings, you'll receive cashback only if you’re paying with your Revolut card. The cashback will be processed by the end of the next month after your check-out date
Vrbo and Pay at the Property bookings
- You’ll need to use a physical debit card associated with your account
- For Vrbo you'll receive an email from them directly. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder
