Documents needed to sign up for Robo-Advisor

During the in-app Robo-Advisor sign-up process, you'll be asked to review and accept our T&Cs and provide a copy of the documents outlined below.

Required documents

  • A valid identity document
  • A FATCA/CRS declaration. To learn more, read this FAQ
  • A W-8 BEN form. It’s a US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form. By completing it, you’re confirming you’re not a US taxpayer. A reduced withholding rate may be applied depending on your country of residence and any tax treaty between that country and the US

You’ll then be prompted to take a suitability questionnaire to assess your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment experience, knowledge, and objectives. To learn more about the suitability questionnaire, check out this FAQ.

Lithuanian residents will be required to provide proof of spousal consent, which can be done in-app.
