During the provision of Robo-Advisor's discretionary portfolio management services, there's typically no interaction between Revolut and customers. However, if you have questions or would like to chat with an agent, we offer 24/7 customer support to investors via our in-app chat.
Although Robo-Advisor is a semi-automated tool, we also maintain human oversight to make sure everything's working as expected for Revolut customers.
