Who controls my data after migration?

After the transition, our French bank, Revolut Bank S.A., will become the primary data controller for your data in relation to your banking services. See our Business Customer Privacy Notice for more information.

Will my data be transferred to a different country?

Your data processing arrangements will remain materially the same. Our French bank, Revolut Bank S.A., is located in France and subject to EU GDPR. Where data is processed by processors outside the EEA, appropriate international data transfer safeguards will be applied.

Will my marketing preferences change?

Your existing marketing preferences (opt-in/opt-out) carry over unchanged. You remain in full control of your communication settings in the app under 'Profile', then 'Settings', then 'Notifications'.
