All team members, their roles, permissions, and access levels will carry over automatically. No re-invitation, getting set up again, or role reassignment will be needed.

All corporate cards (physical and virtual) issued to team members will move to our French bank. Card numbers, PINs, spending limits, and card controls will remain unchanged.

Your approval chains, spending policies, transfer limits, and admin permissions will be exactly as configured. The transition will not reset or modify any business rules you have set up.
