Our French bank is registered in France and supervised by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) and the European Central Bank (ECB).

You can submit a complaint directly via the in-app chat at any time. Your account administrator or authorised customer can also submit formal complaints through your Business account dashboard.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the competent French regulatory or judicial authorities.

Once your business account is moved to our French bank, the Bank of Lithuania will no longer be the supervisory authority for your account. Supervisory oversight and regulatory enquiries will be handled by the ACPR and ECB under French and European banking frameworks.
