When are bills synchronised?

Import a bill

  • Create the bill in Exact Online by navigating to 'Purchase' → 'Invoices' → 'Purchase' → 'Overview' → 'Create purchase entry'
  • To process it, go to 'Financial' → 'Entries' → 'Overview' → 'Number of entries to be processed'
  • Once processed, it will appear in Revolut. It can take up to one hour to sync

If you want to speed it up, go to 'Integrations' → 'Exact Online FR' → 'Bills' → 'Sync'

Export a bill

  • Once the bill is created in Revolut and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to 'Transfer'
  • Click 'Bills' to track the status until it's fully exported

You can find the bill in your Exact Online account by navigating to 'Purchase' → 'Invoices' → 'Purchase' → 'Overview'.
