How do I disconnect the integration?

Before disconnecting and deleting any sync history, remember to recover any accounting documents you may need from Pennylane. Follow these steps to disconnect your integration from Pennylane:

  • Go to ‘Company Settings’
  • Click ‘Bank Connections’
  • Click the ‘…’ beside the account you want to delete
  • Select ‘Delete Account’
  • Select ‘No, delete history’
  • Confirm that you have read the consequences of permanent deletion and then click ‘Delete account’
