When are bills synchronised?

Importing bills

  • Make sure the integration is connected
  • When creating the bill in Pennylane, go to ‘Purchase’, select ‘Supplier Invoices’, and then ‘Import Invoices’
  • After the bill is created, it'll appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync
  • If you want to speed it up, you can use the ‘Sync’ button. To find this button, go to 'Integrations', select 'Pennylane', and select 'Bills'

Exporting bills

  • Once the bill is created in Revolut and the payment is started/scheduled, you can track it until it's exported
  • To track it, go to 'Transfers' and select 'Bills'
  • The bill usually appears in your Pennylane account within a few seconds
  • To find it, go to ‘Purchases’ and select ‘Supplier Invoices’
