Expenses not syncing to Pennylane

Your completed expenses should automatically export to Pennylane. If they don’t, check the following in your Revolut Business app:

  • Make sure your Business account is linked to your Pennylane account
  • Check 'Sync expenses' is turned on
  • New expenses should say 'Configured for Pennylane' in their header
  • Card and transfer expenses should stay in 'Ready to export' until the transaction is complete
