What are FX Forwards?

With FX Forwards, we offer currency forward contracts, which allow you to get a fixed currency exchange rate for a set amount and date in the future. The exchange rate is agreed when the forward contract is booked. We have two types of contracts:

  • Fixed date: the drawdown takes place on a specific, pre-agreed future date
  • Flexible dates: one or more drawdowns take place between two specified future dates

Revolut Business currently offers forwards up to 12 months in advance in EUR, GBP, USD, PLN, HUF, CZK, RON, SEK, DKK, NOK, and CHF.
