Need a hand?

To change your personal address linked to your profile:

1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
2. Go to 'My account'
3. Open 'Personal details'
4. Click 'Residential address' and edit your address as needed
5. Once updated, we'll ask you some questions for security purposes. We may need additional information to confirm it's really you, such as a selfie or proof of residency

We'll review your request within 24 hours and update your address. We'll let you know if we need any more information from you.
