Expenses fees per team member

We charge for each team member that submits Expenses, the amount is calculated at the start of each billing cycle. Those fees are described on our Business fees page — select your plan and look for Revolut Business features and apps.

When people (Expenses members) are added after a billing cycle has started, we charge their fee for the previous and upcoming month at the start of the next cycle.

When you change your plan, a new billing cycle starts. To avoid double charges, we refund you for unused days on your previous plan.
