How can I get help with my Revolut Business account?
For help with your Revolut Business account, we recommend browsing our in-app 'Help' section, account manager or visiting our in-app chat support. You can also send us an email at [email protected].
Help section
Our in-app Help section is your primary destination for support, with hundreds of FAQs and troubleshooters to help you resolve issues or queries independently. To get there:
- Go to the 'Home' tab in your Revolut Business app
- Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Help'. You can also review your previous chat history by clicking 'View all requests'
- Choose your topic and browse our applicable FAQs
- If that doesn't help with your query, click 'Chat with us' to be connected to a support agent via the in-app chat
Account manager
If you're on a custom Enterprise plan, you can schedule a call with your account manager to discuss basic topics about your Business account. To get in touch with your account manager:
- Go to 'Settings' by clicking on your account name in the top left corner
- Select 'Account manager'
- Choose the topic you want to discuss
- Provide us with any specific details you wish to talk about
- Click on 'Request a call'
