How do I cancel a transfer?

We can only cancel a transfer if our payment partner hasn’t received our payment instruction already, so unfortunately there’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel it for you. If the transfer is completed in the transactions tab, we may still try to amend, or recall, but we can’t make any guarantees.

Here’s a few other things to note:

  • If you know the recipient, try contacting them to resolve the issue.
  • Transfers below 25 GBP (or equivalent) can't be recalled.

To cancel, amend, or recall the transfer, please contact our support team via the in-app chat. We can't promise it will be successful or how long it might take – multiple parties could get involved, which can complicate and prolong the process.
