Shareholders cap table example
To provide a cap table or share ownership chart, you can use our example and adapt it.
Cap table should be certified as true content and signed by a notary, an external qualified lawyer, solicitor, advocate or law firm incorporated in EEA, a certified accountant registered with a professional body within EEA, an external auditor, or other certifying officers that are equivalent to a notary in a jurisdiction, and dated in the last 12 months.
This cap table should list all current shareholders with their full names, percentage of ownership, and percentage of voting rights held individually. If your company is directly or indirectly owned by one or more companies, the cap table should display all layers of the shareholding structure that lead up to the parent company, including the individual ultimate beneficial owners, directors, or CEOs of the holding company.
