Document requirements

What financial documents do I need to submit?

All French business customers must now provide financial documentation during the sign-up process. The requirements depend on how long your business has been operating.

  • Established businesses (18+ months): your financial statements for the last 2 financial years (Y-1 and Y-2), independently verifiable. If these aren't available, you must provide your latest complete tax filing (liasse fiscale)
  • New businesses (<18 months): a formal business plan including financial forecast

Which are the accepted documents?

The following document types are acceptable:

  • The latest liasse fiscale normale (2050-2059)
  • The latest liasse fiscale simplifiée (2033, 2035)
  • Personal income: tax declaration 2042-C-PRO
  • Form No. 2035-A-SD: liasse fiscale (for individuals)
  • Liasse fiscale form 2143-BA-RN
  • Liasse fiscale form 2139-BA-RSI
  • Tax declaration form 2031-SD
  • Personal income: tax declaration 2072-S-SD

Why do I need to provide financial documents?

We are legally obliged to verify that every business is active and operational. Financial documents are being used to understand your business size and expected transaction volume to better protect your account.

Can I finish signing up now and provide documents later?

All business activity verification must be completed before your account can be activated.
