How to schedule a transfer

1. Tap on 'Payments'
2. Tap on the calendar icon in the top right
3. Tap '+ New'
4. Choose 'Transfer'
5. Choose a past recipient or tap '+ New'
6. Enter the amount
7. Tap 'Continue'
8. Set the date and frequency

Fees

The fees for a scheduled transfer are the same as for one-time transfers. We will always show any applicable fees before you set up a transfer.

Issues with a scheduled transfer

To manage your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments (calendar icon on top right of 'Payments' tab). Read more about managing scheduled transfers in this FAQ.

If you have a problem with your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments tab or tap on a completed scheduled transfer in your transaction history to get specialised support.
