How can I see the status of active disputes in my Merchant account?

You can only view the latest status of disputes on the website app. To do so: go to 'Merchant' on the main menu and open the 'Dispute' section.

You need 'Manage Merchant Disputes' permission to view and respond to chargebacks.

Dispute resolution timeline

We can't give an exact timeline because it depends on the original payment method, the card network, the nature of the customer's claim, and whether or not you challenge the chargeback.

On average, a chargeback can last up to one month. In rare cases, some chargebacks can last a year.
