Revolut France provides financially vulnerable customers with a dedicated plan known as a Specific Offer, as defined in Article L.312-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code. This offer includes essential services, enhanced access, and reduced financial pressure:

• Unlimited and free ATM withdrawals within the European Union (vs a 2% fee for withdrawals above €200 on our Standard plan)
• At least 4 monthly SEPA transfers, including one Direct Debit
• Unlimited SEPA Direct Debits
• Remote account access and operation, including transfers to another account in the same establishment
• Account balance alerts
• Provision of bank account details (RIB)
• Change of postal address once a year
• Capped incident fees at €20 per month, as defined in Article R.312-4-2

The Specific Offer is not available when you first open a Revolut account. It is proactively offered to existing customers once they meet the eligibility criteria. If you believe you are eligible or need assistance, contact our customer support via the Revolut in-app chat.

If you're identified as being in a vulnerable financial situation and choose not to sign up for the Specific Offer, you'll automatically benefit from a cap on incidental and irregular operating charges. This cap is set at €25 per month.
