How to download <18 Instant Access Savings statement

Active account statement

To download a statement for an active in the personal mobile app:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Go to your
  • Tap 'More'
  • Select 'Statements'
  • Choose the timeframe you wish to generate a statement for
  • Tap 'Generate'

Closed account statement

To download a statement for a closed in the personal mobile app:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Account'
  • Tap 'Documents' and choose 'Savings & Funds'
  • Follow the instructions to generate your account statement
