I'm having difficulty with my airport lounge pass

Presenting your QR code at the airport lounge

  • If the lounge has difficulty reading your QR code, give them your 'Membership number', which you'll find directly under the QR code on your pass
  • If you're trying to purchase a lounge pass for a specific airport, but it doesn't appear in the list, that means it's not one of our supported lounges
  • Individual lounges could also have their own terms, and can refuse entry in case of capacity constraints, repair work, and other valid reasons, even if you have a valid pass
