Reasons to integrate
When you integrate your Revolut Business account with your accounting software, you:
- Save time and reduce errors on data extraction
- Make sure workflows and approvals are controlled properly (especially compared with manual solutions)
- Have everything synced with no manual steps
- Benefit from all our transfer controls
- Run no risk of human error from using multiple systems
Process steps
In the Revolut Business app:
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Integrations'
- Follow the instructions to connect your accounting software, e.g. Xero, Quickbooks Online, or FreeAgent
- Follow the authentication flow and connect
Once you're connected, your bills that are awaiting payment will be available, and you'll be able to capture and sync bills back into your accounting software with ease.
